This is what we're known for at the lake. Wood decks rot fast here between the sun, the humidity, and the weather off the water, so we pull them out and replace them with composite that doesn't need staining every other year. Roofing & Siding
Lake weather is hard on a roof and harder on siding. We replace and repair both so your place stays tight through storm season. If you're not here year-round, a solid exterior is the cheapest insurance you can buy.

Russell E. Ireland started Ireland Construction Services in April 2011, and he's been working the Lake of the Ozarks ever since. Fifteen years of kitchens, baths, decks, roofs, and everything in between, all within a short drive of Linn Creek. Russell and his crew show up, do the work, and don't leave until it's right.
There's no sales office and no call center. You call the number, you talk to the people doing the work. A lot of homes at the lake belong to folks who aren't here every week, and that's exactly why the lake runs on contractors you can trust when you're not standing over the job. How do estimates work, and what will my project cost?
Call (573) 434-0786 and Russell will walk the job with you and give you a straight number based on what the work actually takes. Every lake house is different, so we don't quote blind over the phone. You'll know the scope and the price before any work starts.
Should I build a composite deck or a wood deck at the Lake of the Ozarks?
Composite, for most lake homes. Sun, humidity, and weather off the water rot wood decks fast here, and we've replaced plenty of them. Composite costs more up front but skips the staining, sealing, and board replacement, which matters most if you're not at the lake every weekend to keep up with it.
Do I need a permit for my project in Camden County?
It depends on what you're building and exactly where the property sits, since Camden County and the lake-area cities each handle permitting their own way. Don't guess. Call us before you start and we'll talk through what your specific job needs.
How far will you travel for a job?
We're based in Linn Creek and work Camdenton, Osage Beach, Lake Ozark, and the greater Lake of the Ozarks area. If you're at the lake, you're in our service area. Call and we'll confirm.
How long will my project take?
It depends on the scope, and you'll get a realistic timeline with your estimate before work starts. We'd rather tell you the truth up front than promise a date we can't hit. Once we start your job, we work it until it's done.
Are you accredited and insured?
Ireland Construction Services, LLC is BBB Accredited with an A+ rating, and has been since May 2024. We're happy to go over insurance and paperwork with you before any work starts. Just ask when you call.
I don't live at the lake full-time. Can you handle a project while I'm away?
Yes. A big part of working the Lake of the Ozarks is working for owners who live somewhere else, and we're set up for it. You get calls, photos, and straight updates while the job runs, so you're not driving down every weekend to check on things.
